The inside has a dual-toned design and is equipped with a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with SmartPlay functionality. Aside from the anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brake-force distribution (EBD), rear parking sensors and dual airbags are also included in this variant. More crucially, the hill-hold assist feature is now available on the AMT trims.

 

Engine

The Wagon R is available with two different powertrains, both of which are also available with the most recent model year. A 1.0-litre petrol engine produces 66 horsepower and 89 Newton-meters of torque, which has been adjusted to produce 56 horsepower when running on compressed natural gas.

Meanwhile, the 1.2-litre normally aspirated petrol engine, which produces 89 horsepower and 113 Newton-meters of torque, is the second available engine. A five-speed manual transmission and a five-speed automated manual transmission are available as transmission options (AMT).

Consumption of fuel

According to the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), the fuel efficiency for the 1.0L model is approximately 24.35 kilometres per litre for the manual variation and 25.19 kilometres per litre for the automatic option. The factory-installed CNG model, the 1.0L MT, can achieve a mileage of 34.05 km per kg, while the 1.0L Tour H3 MT can achieve a mileage of 25.40 km per litre on petrol and 34.73 km per kg on standard CNG.

 

Fuel efficiency for the 1.2L Suzuki Wagon R 1.2L manual transmission type is 23.56 kilometres per litre, but the 1.2L AMT model is more fuel-efficient, with 24.43 kilometres per litre according to the American Research Association.

 

Pricing

It will cost INR 539,000 (PKR 12,62,911) for the base 1.0-litre variant of the New Maruti Suzuki Wagon R, while the most costly 1.2-litre model will cost INR 710,000 (PKR 12,62,911). (PKR 16,63,574). This vehicle is not only less priced than its Pakistani counterpart, but it is also better equipped as well.
