The OPPO Reno11 series is reportedly capable of measuring heart rate and sleep without the need for extra hardware. The phone is placed next to the pillow while sleeping to monitor various sleep stages, heart rate, breathing rate, snoring, and other comprehensive indicators. The heart rate information may be collected by gently resting the phone on the chest for 15 seconds. Analyze the quality of your sleep; include family members so they can freely choose to contribute data; and as soon as you see any odd health data, get in touch with your doctor.

To sample the functions, open the “Health” app, select the “Health” module, and then click on Heart Rate/Sleep/Family Health Card.

It should be mentioned that only the OPPO Reno11 Pro model is compatible with the sleep monitoring feature. This feature allows for the realization of sleep staging, sleep continuous heart rate, and sleep breathing rate monitoring by using the mobile phone’s IMU sensor to detect bed vibrations and BCG signals brought on by heartbeats. To keep an eye on snoring as you sleep, you can activate the watch wind feature.

The 6.7-inch AMOLED curved screen on the front of the OPPO Reno11 has a resolution of 2412 x 1080. It also has a built-in 4800mAh battery, a processor called Dimensity 8200, and capability for 67W wired flash charging.

The 6.74-inch, 2772×1240 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, single-hole OLED curved screen on the OPPO Reno11 Pro is outfitted with a Snapdragon 8+ chipset.
