The Sikh community has termed India’s release of water on Kartarpur as water aggression. Sikh organisation Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar leader Kalvinder Singh Cheema has strongly criticised India’s water aggression.
In his video message, Kalvinder Singh Cheema called the Sindoor operation a complete failure. He said that in Operation Sindoor, India proved that it is the enemy of the Sikhs.
He said that the Indian army attacked the holy place of the Sikhs in Lahore. Thanks to the Pakistan Army, which completely foiled this attack. After this, Sikh gurdwaras were attacked in Indian Punjab, and the blame was placed on Pakistan. The attacks do not necessarily have to be carried out with bombs and bullets; now India is carrying out water aggression.
According to Kalvinder Singh Cheema, today India has committed a desecration by carrying out water aggression in Guru Nanak Kartarpur. Due to the Indian water aggression, 5.5 feet of water accumulated in the room of the gurdwara. In 1984, the Indian Army attacked Darbar Sahib with tanks and cannons. In 1971, the Indian Army dropped bombs in Kartarpur itself. India attacked Nankana Sahib with drones.
He said that now the Sikh Gurudwara has been attacked with water. India knew that there was a Sikh Gurudwara on this side, where water was deliberately released. We are not Indians, nor is this our country; they are attacking us. Now it has become necessary that we make efforts for the freedom of Khalistan.
