Your rupee balance and your bundle resources are two different things: you can have money on your SIM and still be out of MBs, because data, minutes and SMS live in the bundle. This guide gives the checked route for each operator — code, app or helpline — so you check the right thing first.
Quick Answer — Balance & Remaining MBs by Operator
| Operator | Main balance | Remaining MBs, minutes & SMS | App | Helpline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Jazz | *111# | *444# | SIMOSA (Jazz World) | 111 |
| Zong | *222# | *102# | My Zong App | 310 |
| Telenor | My Telenor App or helpline (see below) | My Telenor App or helpline (see below) | My Telenor App | 345 |
| Ufone | *124# | *706# | UPTCL app | 333 |
Last verified: November 2026. Jazz figures: jazz.com.pk Self Service Dial Codes. Zong figures: zong.com.pk. Ufone figures: ufone.com. Telenor: My Telenor App and helpline 345 only — no Telenor USSD code is listed here because telenor.com.pk could not be loaded live for verification.
Jazz — *111# for Balance, *444# for Bundles, SIMOSA App
Dial *111# from your Jazz SIM to see your main prepaid balance. That code does not show bundle resources, so to see the MBs, minutes and SMS left in your active offers, dial *444# — Jazz lists it for checking your prepaid package plan and offers information. For what you used in the last three days, dial *7050#. The fullest view is the SIMOSA app (the current name for the Jazz World app): sign in with your Jazz number and the home screen shows balance, remaining data, minutes, SMS and expiry together. If a code gives no reply, call 111 from your Jazz number. Jazz bundles are on our Jazz internet packages page.
Zong — *222# for Balance, *102# for MBs, My Zong App
Dial *222# from your Zong SIM to check your main balance. To check the data and other resources left in your bundles, dial *102# — Zong lists it as the internet resources check, and on a data device it shows detailed free internet when you pick the detail option. The My Zong App shows the same picture in one place: current balance, usage details and remaining free resources, plus the last seven days of usage. If neither code answers, call 310 from your Zong number. Zong bundles are on our Zong internet packages page.
Telenor — My Telenor App or Helpline 345
For Telenor, use the My Telenor App: sign in with your Telenor number and your balance, remaining MBs, minutes, SMS and each bundle’s expiry show on the account screen. This guide deliberately lists no Telenor USSD balance code — third-party lists quote several, but none could be verified on an official Telenor page today because telenor.com.pk would not load live, and an unverified code is worse than no code. If the app does not show what you need, call 345 from your Telenor number and ask the agent to read out your balance and remaining bundle resources. Telenor offers are on our Telenor internet packages page.
Ufone — *124# for Balance, *706# for Resources, UPTCL App
Dial *124# from your Ufone SIM to check that your prepaid account has not expired and that you have enough balance. Then dial *706# to check that you have enough data resources left — Ufone lists it for remaining data, minutes and SMS on bundles and Super Cards, so this is the code that answers “why has my internet stopped?” when your balance looks fine. The UPTCL app (formerly the My Ufone app) and the My Ufone Self Care web portal show balance and usage together. If a code fails, call 333 from your Ufone number. Ufone bundles are on our Ufone internet packages page, and every operator’s offers start from the Pakistan mobile packages hub. Related reading: our how to unsubscribe any package guide.
Which Method Should You Use?
Use a USSD code when you have no internet or no data left — codes work from the dialler on the operator’s own network. Use the app when you want the full picture, including expiry dates and each bundle separately, because a single code reply can hide a second active bundle. Use the helpline when the code and the app disagree, or when a deduction makes no sense: ask the agent to list every active bundle and paid service, not just the balance. And always check the bundle resources, not just the rupees — a healthy balance with zero MBs is the most common “my internet is not working” trap.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my balance look fine but my internet has stopped?
Because balance and bundle resources are separate. Check the remaining MBs, not just the rupees: Jazz *444# or the SIMOSA app, Zong *102# or the My Zong App, Ufone *706# or the UPTCL app, and for Telenor the My Telenor App or helpline 345.
Which check works without internet or mobile data?
USSD codes work from your phone’s dialler on your own operator’s network, with no internet needed: Jazz *111# and *444#, Zong *222# and *102#, Ufone *124# and *706#. The operator apps need an internet connection to load.
Can I check the balance of someone else’s number?
No. USSD checks run on the SIM inside the phone, and the apps sign in with that number, so you can only check a number you hold. For a number you manage, use its own SIM or its own app login, or call the operator’s helpline from that SIM.
What should I do if a code shows nothing or fails?
First check you have signal and that the SIM is in the phone, then retry once. If it still fails, open the operator’s official app, and if that also fails, call the helpline from your own SIM: Jazz 111, Zong 310, Telenor 345, Ufone 333.
