To unsubscribe a package, first find out exactly what is active on your number — in your operator’s official app or self-service menu — then deactivate that named bundle there, or call the helpline and ask the agent to remove it. There is no single code that cancels everything, so ignore random “unsub” codes from social media.
See all operators on the packages hub.
Quick answer
| Operator | Fastest route | Helpline |
|---|---|---|
| Jazz | SIMOSA → Services → Subscribed, or dial *6611# | 111 |
| Zong | Dial *6464#, or send “Unsub [keyword]” to 6464 | 310 |
| Telenor | My Telenor App, or helpline | 345 |
| Ufone | UPTCL app, or helpline | 333 |
Before you start
- Identify the exact bundle or service first. Most failed unsubscriptions happen because the user guesses. Note the service’s exact name from the active list.
- Keep the confirmation SMS or an app screenshot, and re-check the active list the next day to confirm the item is gone.
Jazz — SIMOSA, *6611#, or 111
Jazz’s own help centre gives the starting point: open the SIMOSA app (the current name for the Jazz World app), go to Services and tap the Subscribed tab — Jazz says this displays all active services on your number, and the same official process lists *6611# as the dial code for this check. Note anything you did not knowingly activate, and deactivate it from that view where the option is shown.
If no remove option appears for an item, call 111 from your Jazz number — Jazz lists 111 as its prepaid helpline — and ask the agent to name every active bundle and paid service, remove the ones you do not want, and confirm completion on the call.

Zong — the 6464 route, or 310
Zong publishes the unsubscribe step inside each bundle’s page on zong.com.pk, and the pattern is consistent: dial *6464# and deactivate from the menu, or send “Unsub [keyword]” to 6464 using that bundle’s own keyword. Zong’s pages show it working — My5 deactivates via *6464# or “Unsub my5” to 6464, and one data bundle gives “unsub m2gb” to 6464. Never guess the keyword: find your bundle’s page, or check the My Zong App, whose official description confirms it shows usage details and bundle information.
If you still cannot identify the bundle, call 310. Zong lists 310 as its helpline, and one of its own FAQs directs users to “call Helpline 310 for sub/unsub details” — an agent can list what is active on your number and remove it with you.

Telenor — My Telenor App, or 345
Start in the My Telenor App: sign in and open your account’s packages or subscriptions area to see what is active. If the screen for the active package shows a deactivate or unsubscribe option, use it; if not, the helpline below is the reliable route. Do not rely on third-party code lists.
The verified fallback is the helpline: call 345 from your Telenor number — the PTA lists 345 as Telenor’s call centre helpline in its official licensee directory. Ask the agent to read out every active package and paid service, remove the ones you name, and send confirmation. No Telenor bundle-specific codes are listed here, because none could be verified on an official Telenor page for this guide.

Ufone — UPTCL app, or 333
Ufone’s self-care app is now called UPTCL (formerly the My Ufone App), published by Pak Telecom Mobile Limited. Sign in and review your subscriptions to find what you want to stop. If an item shows no deactivate option in the app, use the helpline below rather than a code from an unofficial list.
The helpline is confirmed by Ufone itself: its own replies on its official app listing repeatedly direct users to dial 333 from a Ufone number. Ask the agent to list all active bundles and value-added services, remove the ones you name, and give you a reference or confirmation SMS.

Do you actually need to unsubscribe?
Often, no — this is general guidance, not a guarantee for any specific offer. Most one-off prepaid bundles simply run to the end of their validity: the resources expire and nothing more is charged. Unsubscribing matters most for recursive products and paid services, which keep renewing until you stop them. The distinction is real: Zong’s terms for some bundles state the subscription “remains subscribed till the time he/she un-subscribes,” while other Zong pages confirm resources expire at 23:59 on the last validity day. So check the bundle’s status in the app: shown as subscribed or auto-renewing — deactivate it; a fixed one-off bundle with an end date — letting it lapse is normally enough.

FAQs
Is there one code that unsubscribes everything?
No. Each operator — and often each bundle — has its own route: Jazz shows active services in SIMOSA and on *6611#, Zong uses *6464# or a bundle-specific “Unsub” keyword to 6464, and for Telenor and Ufone the app or helpline (345, 333) is the reliable route. A single “universal” code does not exist.
Will my package stop automatically when its validity ends?
The resources end when validity ends, but some bundles and many paid services are recursive and renew until you unsubscribe — Zong says this explicitly in some bundle terms. If a charge repeats after the validity date, treat the item as recursive and deactivate it.
Balance is being deducted and I don’t know why. What should I do first?
Find the culprit before sending any code. Jazz: SIMOSA → Services → Subscribed, or *6611#. Zong: the My Zong App’s usage and bundle details. Telenor and Ufone: your operator’s app, or call 345 / 333 and ask the agent to read out every active paid service.
Can the helpline unsubscribe a package for me?
Yes — it is the fallback every operator supports. Call from your own SIM (Jazz 111, Zong 310, Telenor 345, Ufone 333), ask the agent to list everything active, name what to remove, and ask for confirmation before hanging up. Zong’s site explicitly points users to 310 for sub/unsub details.
