Apple Podcasts connects to Apple Music

On Tuesday, Apple announced that it would enhance the Podcasts app for Apple Music and Apple News+ users with additional premium features.

There are more than 60 podcast channels available to members of the Apple Podcasts app. These include Bloomberg, Curio, L’Équipe, Mamamia, Sleep Cycle, The Economist, The Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, WELT News, and Zen et al.

After upgrading to iOS/iPad OS 17 or macOS Sonoma, the podcast app will automatically bind to the appropriate subscriptions and display the associated subscriptions and apps on the first page. Manually connecting via the Podcasts app’s channel page is also an option.
