According to leaked specs, the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s primary camera will have 200 megapixels and use an HP2SX sensor with a 1/1.3-inch 0.6-micron pixel size, while the ultra-wide-angle lens would use an IMX564 sensor with 12 megapixels and a 1/2.55-inch 1.4-micron pixel size. The IMX754+ sensor in the 3x telephoto lens has a size of 1/3.52 inches and a pixel size of 1.12m; the GMU sensor in the 48-megapixel 5x telephoto lens has a size of 1/2.25 inches and a pixel size of 0.8m.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra mobile phone, as previously reported by blogger @ibinguniverse, will include a 50-megapixel 5x telephoto lens with a 1/2.52-inch sensor size and 0.7m pixels. The blogger claims that the main camera sensor on the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone will be upgraded. It still has 200 million pixels, but it’s an ISOCELL HP2SX, so it should be tuned for that model.

It is clear that the two bloggers’ disclosures differ in some respects, but it is generally accepted that the Galaxy S24 Ultra telephoto lens’ pixels have been further improved and the zoom range has been reduced from 10x optical zoom to 5x optical zoom.
