Sharing balance sends some of your prepaid credit to another number on the same network. Every operator in Pakistan offers it for prepaid customers, but the code, the limits and the charge are different on each network, and one operator does not publish a code at all. This guide gives the verified method for each operator.

Ufone*828*number*amount# (UShare, widely used)Not published by Ufone currentlyCheck the confirmation message before confirmingNot listed — see below

Last verified: November 2026. Jazz figures: jazz.com.pk (Jazz Share). Zong figures: zong.com.pk (Yaari Load). Ufone does not currently publish the UShare code, limits or fee on ufone.com — the *828# method is widely used, so always read the confirmation message before confirming. No Telenor USSD code is listed here because telenor.com.pk could not be loaded live for verification.

The rule that applies on every network

Balance sharing works only between prepaid numbers on the same network. You cannot send Jazz balance to a Zong number, or Ufone balance to a Telenor number, by any code. If the person you want to help is on another network, top up their number instead: JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank app can buy a recharge for any operator’s number. Never read a transfer code or a confirmation reply to someone who calls claiming to be from your operator — real agents never need you to dial a code for them.

Jazz — Jazz Share: *100*number*amount#

Dial *100*, then the receiver’s Jazz number, then * and the amount, then #. For example, to send Rs. 100 to 0300 1234567, dial *100*03001234567*100#. You can share Rs. 15 to Rs. 500 per transfer, and Jazz charges Rs. 8.60 including tax per transfer. Both numbers must be Jazz prepaid — dongle and data SIMs and postpaid numbers cannot use it. To ask someone to send you balance instead, dial *107# and enter their number; the request is free, and the sender then shares using the code above. If a transfer fails, check your balance first with *111# — see our how to check remaining MBs and balance guide — and call 111 if the code gives no reply. Current Jazz bundles are on the Jazz internet packages page.

Zong — Yaari Load: *828# to send, *829# to request

Dial *828# from your Zong prepaid SIM and follow the menu: enter the receiver’s Zong number and the amount. You can send Rs. 10 to Rs. 200 per transfer, up to 5 transfers a day, and you must keep at least Rs. 5 in your account after the transfer. Zong charges Rs. 5 per transfer. To request balance from another Zong number, dial *829# — the request itself is free, and the other person then sends via *828#. Both sender and receiver must be Zong prepaid, and the service is Zong to Zong only. The My Zong App also offers Yaari Load for numbers linked to your app account. If a transfer fails, call 310 from your Zong number. Current Zong bundles are on the Zong internet packages page.

Telenor — My Telenor App or helpline 345

This guide deliberately lists no Telenor balance-share code. Third-party lists quote several, but none could be verified on an official Telenor page because telenor.com.pk would not load live, and an unverified code is worse than no code. Use the My Telenor App, which shows balance and sharing options for your account, or call 345 from your Telenor number and ask the agent how to share balance from your connection and what it will cost before you confirm anything. Current Telenor offers are on the Telenor internet packages page.

Ufone — UShare: *828# (with one caution)

Dial *828*, then the receiver’s Ufone number, then * and the amount, then #. For example, to send Rs. 50 to 0333 1234567, dial *828*03331234567*50#, then reply with 1 to the confirmation message. The caution: Ufone does not currently publish the UShare code, its limits or its fee on ufone.com, so do not trust any limit or fee quoted by a third-party list — read the confirmation message, which shows the amount and fee, before you reply to confirm. The officially documented alternative is to recharge someone else’s number from the UPTCL app, using a card, UPaisa or a scratch card. If a transfer fails, check your balance with *124# and call 333 from your Ufone number. Current Ufone bundles are on the Ufone internet packages page, and every operator’s offers start from the Pakistan mobile packages hub.

If a transfer fails

Check three things before retrying: both numbers are prepaid on the same network, you have enough balance to cover the amount plus the fee, and you have not hit the daily limit (Zong: 5 transfers a day). A failed transfer does not move any balance, so do not dial the code repeatedly — if the second attempt also fails, call your operator’s helpline (Jazz 111, Zong 310, Telenor 345, Ufone 333) and ask the agent to check the service on your number.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I share balance with a number on another network?

No. Balance sharing works only between prepaid numbers on the same network. To help someone on another network, top up their number with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank app instead.

What is the Jazz balance share code?

Dial *100*receiver number*amount# — for example *100*03001234567*100# to send Rs. 100. You can share Rs. 15 to Rs. 500 per transfer, and Jazz charges Rs. 8.60 including tax per transfer. Dial *107# to request balance for free.

What is the Zong balance share code?

Dial *828# (Yaari Load) and follow the menu. You can send Rs. 10 to Rs. 200 per transfer, up to 5 times a day, for Rs. 5 per transfer, and you must keep at least Rs. 5 after the transfer. Dial *829# to request balance for free.

Why is there no Telenor code and only a caution for Ufone?

Because neither could be verified on the operator’s own site. Telenor’s site would not load live, so no Telenor code is listed — use the My Telenor App or helpline 345. Ufone does not currently publish UShare on ufone.com, so the widely used *828# method is given with the caution to read the confirmation message before confirming, plus the official UPTCL recharge alternative.
