Every operator in Pakistan now runs its own official app, and for most everyday jobs — checking balance, seeing what bundle is active, subscribing or unsubscribing — the app is faster than dialling codes. This guide covers all four official apps, what each one can do, and what to do when the app cannot do the job.

Jazz — SIMOSA (Jazz World)
SIMOSA is the current name for the Jazz World app. Sign in with your Jazz number and you can check your balance and remaining MBs, see which bundles are active, and subscribe to a new bundle from the offers shown for your number. To see everything currently active on your number, open Services and tap the Subscribed tab — Jazz says this displays all active services on your number. The same check is available by dialling *6611#, and the helpline is 111 if the app does not show a service you expect. Current Jazz bundles are on the Jazz internet packages page.
Zong — My Zong App
The My Zong App shows usage details and bundle information for your number, so it is the quickest way to confirm what is active and when it runs out. You can also subscribe to bundles from the app instead of dialling a code, and it offers Yaari Load for numbers linked to your app account. If a bundle does not appear, or a subscription does not go through, call 310 from your Zong number. Current Zong bundles are on the Zong internet packages page.
Telenor — My Telenor App
Sign in to the My Telenor App and open your account’s packages or subscriptions area to see what is active on your number. If the screen for an active package shows a deactivate or unsubscribe option, use it; if it does not, do not guess a code from a third-party list — call 345 from your Telenor number and ask the agent to read out every active package and remove the ones you name. Current Telenor offers are on the Telenor internet packages page.
Ufone — UPTCL (formerly My Ufone App)
Ufone’s self-care app is now called UPTCL, formerly the My Ufone App, published by Pak Telecom Mobile Limited — check the publisher name in the store before installing, so you do not install a copycat app. From the app you can recharge your own number or someone else’s, using a card, UPaisa or a scratch card, and manage your account. If something does not work in the app, call 333 from your Ufone number. Current Ufone bundles are on the Ufone internet packages page, and every operator’s offers start from the Pakistan mobile packages hub.
Setting up any operator app safely
Download the app only from the official Google Play Store or Apple App Store listing under the operator’s own name, and check the publisher before installing. Sign in with your own number: the app will send a one-time code to that number, so keep the SIM in your phone during sign-up. Never share that code with anyone who calls or messages claiming to be from your operator — real agents never ask for it. If you change phones, sign in again with the same number; your bundles stay on the number, not on the phone. If the app does not work
First check the basics: mobile data or Wi-Fi switched on, the app updated to the latest version, and the SIM in the phone matching the number you signed in with. If the app still shows the wrong balance or a missing bundle, wait a few minutes and refresh — app balances can lag behind the network. If it still looks wrong, use the fallback for your operator: Jazz 111, Zong 310, Telenor 345, Ufone 333. An agent can read out exactly what is active on your number, which settles any argument between the app and a code reply.
