Xiaomi has initiated the internal testing phase for the official version of The Paper OS on the Redmi K60 Extreme Edition smartphone today.
The update is labeled as version 1.0.4.0. UMLCNXM and has a capacity of 6GB. It introduces significant changes from MIUI to The Paper OS.

The Redmi K60/Pro models have assumed the forefront in upgrading the development version of the Thermal OS, whereas the Redmi K60 Extreme Edition has directly transitioned into the official version for internal testing.
Xiaomi has pledged that the Redmi K60 Extreme Edition smartphone would receive over-the-air updates for 5 years and will be compatible with 4 major Android version upgrades.
