In the middle, Ufone Power Prime (50GB, Rs.630) undercuts Jazz Freedom (50GB, Rs.652) for the same data. Activation: Jazz is simpler
Jazz publishes a dedicated USSD code for each weekly bundle, so you can subscribe in seconds from the dialler: *505# for Super Plus, *506# for Super Max, *737# for Freedom and *852# for X Plus. Ufone publishes *7777# as its weekly bundles menu (Power Prime can also be subscribed with *976#), but Power Pro and the Mega Offer are subscribed through ufone.com or the Uptcl app — there is no published USSD code for them. If you prefer dial-and-done activation, Jazz has the edge; if you are comfortable using the operator’s website or app, Ufone’s extra data is worth the extra step.
Minutes and SMS: both bundles are all-in-one
Neither operator sells a data-only weekly bundle here — every offer pairs data with minutes and SMS. Jazz gives 1,000 Jazz minutes and SMS on all four weekly bundles, plus 120–600 off-net minutes depending on the tier, and X Plus adds 10 international minutes. Ufone is more generous on minutes: Power Pro includes 5,000 Ufone & PTCL minutes and 300 off-net minutes, Power Prime adds 500 off-net minutes and 5,000 SMS, and the Mega Offer goes to 10,000 minutes, 1,500 off-net minutes and 10,000 SMS. Heavy callers get more from Ufone; the only thing Ufone does not match is Jazz X Plus’s international minutes.
Which should you pick?
- Pick Ufone if you want the most data for your money — Power Pro for light use, Power Prime for heavy use, or the Mega Offer if you stream and hotspot all week.
- Pick Jazz if you want one-code USSD activation, or if you need the 10 international minutes in X Plus.
- On a tight budget, Ufone Power Pro (Rs.500) is the cheapest weekly all-in-one bundle of the seven compared here.
